The Binding Site is in strict compliance with all regulatory and quality systems as required by FDA, GMP, & ISO9001/ISO9002 standards and regulations.

U.S. Distribution Facility Additional Quality Checks:

• Material meets guidelines of customer specifications

• Case Report Forms, Questionnaires, and other appropriate required documentation is completed according to standard operating procedures.

• Material packaged to customers fill requirements.

• Integrity of material is intact (Frozen or refrigerated)

All material not meeting the above criteria is returned to the collection site for reproof or replacement.
